Who are these online programmes for?

Our online programmes are for children aged 11-18 who want to step beyond a traditional academic experience. We welcome learners that want a holistic learning experience that allows them to explore their passions, take ownership of their learning and become happy, lifelong learners.

Our programmes provide unparalleled flexibility, allowing you to use them as a full-time home learning option or to enrich your child’s current learning. Your child can engage in our programmes full-time to go deep in their learning or opt for a shorter schedule to explore their interests and ignite their passions.

Nurturing a love of learning and preparing children for an ever-changing world

Our human-centred approach to learning focuses on the learner as a whole, prioritising developing wellbeing, essential skills and competencies needed to flourish.

Alongside foundational skills in math, literacy, and science, we focus on cultivating autonomy, communication, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration - all pivotal skills for effectively navigating a constantly changing world.

Growing positive wellbeing is at the heart of our approach. Learners build self-confidence and have the freedom to express their authentic selves. Children have a safe space to grow, make mistakes and a caring mentor’s support along the way.

Building your child’s personal schedule

Every child is unique and learns in their own way.  Your child will build their personal schedule with their mentor based on their goals, choosing from an expansive selection of live and self-directed learning experiences known as Building Blocks.

Live learning experiences take place on certain days and times but self-directed learning can take place at any time. This approach provides structure and flexibility to your child’s learning allowing your family to create a schedule that works for you.

Nurturing unique talents and interests

We recognise children are unique individuals and don’t all learn the same way.

Our personal learning approach develops fundamental skills, inspires your child to explore their passions and empowers them to make decisions about their learning. This fosters a love of learning and creates happy, lifelong learners that flourish.

Preparing for the modern world

We provide a 21st-century, human-centred learning experience.

We don’t make learners memorise and regurgitate but develop intercultural awareness, self-reflection and critical thinking skills.

This equips learners with the skills they need and prepares and empowers them to thrive in the modern world.

Progression and Pathways

Learners have a range of pathways available to them, depending on their goals and interests. Your child’s mentor will support your child in identifying their vision for their next steps and develop a plan to help them achieve their goals.

Learners track their work and progress on their own online management page and review their progress with the mentor at their 1-on-1 weekly meetings.

Once a cycle (every 3 months) learners present a 360 to their family, mentor and peers on their progress, achievements and projects they are most proud of, receive feedback and set goals for the next cycle. We also host celebratory showcase where all learners present a piece of  work or project they are most proud of to the whole community.

Online does not mean staring at a screen all day...

Our programmes offer endless possibilities for learning at any time and in any place. We encourage learners to venture beyond their usual surroundings and embrace diverse learning experiences.

This means taking a break from the computer to pursue a passion project, such as capturing the essence of the city through street photography or crafting a travel guide while on holiday.

With our online programmes, the world truly becomes your child's classroom.
