Learnlife is seeking a Cleaner/Concierge for our Primary Hub in Castelldefels, Passeig Marítim 136. We are looking for somebody who can work from 10:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday.

Role overview:

This role is the guardian of space. You should be a helping hand for anything space related, for the cleanliness and support in educating our community to use the spaces in a responsible and careful manner.

Space guardian and maintenance

• Prepare the space for the arrival of learners and team the night before. 
• Be the point of contact for any deliveries and entrance/exit arrangements 
• Ensuring the space is clean, functional and stocked with necessary supplies 
• Manage and organise EH key. 
• Manage Lost & Found inventory (record keeping and emptying it every 2 weeks)
• Put recycling systems in place and advocate for daily correct usage. 
• Manage fridge (Friday 4pm everything gets thrown out)
• After lunch arranging and cleaning. 
• Plant watering and gardening.
• Identify if there is broken furniture / stools / material and log it in a fixing list.
• Close Space at 17:30.  

Cleaning 

• Clean passive houses inside every day from 16:30 to 19:00.
• Set up a culture of cleanliness.
• Keep toilets clean during and after learning hours
• Set up storage systems.

You will bring:

• Total fluency in Spanish & ideally also some English.
• Good relational skills with kids.
• Proactive and an eye for space
• Loving cleanliness and order.
