Minimum numbers required to run the programmes
We require a minimum number of participants for each programme to run. If that minimum is not met, the programme will be cancelled, and you’ll receive a full refund (please see further details below).
If we have to cancel a programme, we will get in touch by email and provide you with a full refund to the credit card you used to purchase.
We aim to notify you of cancellations at least three days before the programme, but this is not always possible due to circumstances beyond our control.
Bookings are non-refundable, but we understand that unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or family emergency) can happen.
If you have to cancel your booking for extraordinary reasons, email email@example.com to request a refund. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we will consider your request.
It’s not possible to change your booking for another programme.
