Learning Methodologies Overview

What are learning methodologies?

Learning methodologies are systems of practices and procedures that educators, mentors, teachers, and Learning Guides use to support and enrich the learning journeys of learners. Our learning methodologies guide the learning process and the people who help learners reach goals. Element 10 in Learnlife’s New Learning Paradigm focuses on diversifying learning methodologies

Why is using different methodologies suitable for a learner?

We use different methodologies to support all types of learners. We’re all different; therefore, we learn in different ways. These methodologies vary in style and levels of engagement to support our vision of providing a learning opportunity for every personality. To encourage self-determined, lifelong learners, learners must be exposed to diverse learning methodologies and varied experiences.

By broadening learning methodologies, educators facilitate engaging, purpose-inspired learning experiences and provide the flexibility learners require to develop their core skills and competencies.
